Daily Drawings reflect the evolving nature of the mind and the steady flow of consciousness that emerges as we allow ourselves to release what we hold onto. With release, we find a sense of freedom, and in freedom, we find peace. With each page, I examine the complexities and intricacies of our connection to breath, line, light and shadow. As I lay my hand to paper, I invite the viewer to meditate for a moment, reflecting on the abstract forms and silhouettes that adorn these pages to find their own sense of peace.
